Enrolment Enquiry

From 2024, Boronia K-12 College is using the VicStudents online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools. This system is available for students enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time, including Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2025.

  1. Start Your Online Enrolment: Visit https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ to create an account and complete the online application form. Be sure to attach all required documents with your application.

  • Book a School Tour: Call us at 9760 4900 to schedule a tour and learn more about our school and the enrolment process.
  • Download Information Pack: Obtain the Foundation Care Package 2024-2025 to get essential enrolment information.
  • Submit Your Application: Ensure your Foundation (Prep) enrolment application is submitted by Friday, 26 July 2024.
  • Application Outcome: You will be notified of your application outcome between Monday, 29 July and Friday, 9 August 2024. If offered a place, please accept the offer by Friday, 23 August 2024.
  • Transition Sessions: Participate in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4.
  • Prepare for School: Get ready for your child to start Foundation (Prep)!
